Ready for this years Iron Mum?
Training starts late March 2010, event on Saturday 4 September 2010
Iron Mum is a fun triathlon with weekly training sessions designed for any woman who can just about run for a bus. Our aim is to provide an opportunity for women in the village to get fit, have fun and make new friends while challenging themselves.
Our first fantastic event, for which we had been training since April, was held on the 5th September 2009. We are taking a break over the winter but will be back in March 2010 looking to improve on our 2009 times and to welcome more Iron Mums.
Training and the Iron Mum triathlon all take place at and around the Clift Pavilion, The Street, Bramley.
