| Competitors say....  | I would like to pass on one big thank you for running Iron Mum, although my abs haven't turned to iron and there are no buns of steel to be found anywhere, I have had a great time with Iron Mum. Roll on Iron Mum 2010! I would never have achieved anything like this if it wasn't for the support and training on offer and the end goal of the event itself. I only hope I can maintain my level of fitness over the winter months to do justice to all your hard work. Today was very well organised and had a great atmosphere, although I appear to have missed out on the chocolate cake, unlike my two boys whose faces were covered in it! I was considering doing the Newbury Tri ... as my first attempt of racing again, but after 3+ years of not training or racing I wasn't confident enough so your event was perfect!
